Anthony Tomblin
Earning his law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, founding partner Anthony "Lucky" Tomblin has been representing victims of asbestos or other toxic substances since the 1970s. In addition to tirelessly fighting for the rights of personal injury clients, Mr. Tomblin has instructed Business Law and Real Estate Law at Southwest Texas State University and is a regionally acclaimed musician who has served as the Vice-Chairman of the Texas Music Commission.

Tiffany Carnes
Partner Tiffany Carnes received her law degree from the University of Texas and since been dedicated to protecting the rights of clients in the areas of asbestos litigation, toxic torts, and personal injury. Ms. Carnes is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. In addition, Ms. Carnes is also a member of Phi Alpha Delta, the largest law fraternity operating worldwide, and Kappa Delta Pi, the International Honor Society in Education.

James M. McCormack
Partner James McCormack has practiced extensively in civil law practice for the last 20 years. He is a Martindale-Hubbell "AV" peer-rated lawyer, the highest rating available which indicates "very high to preeminent legal ability". He is frequently consulted by lawyers and law firms in Texas and throughout the U.S., particularly in the legal ethics field. Among his many honors, Mr. McCormack received State Bar Presidential Citations in both 1993 and 1996. He is the former General Counsel and Chief Disciplinary Counsel of the State Bar of Texas and a former adjunct professor of law at the University of Texas Law School. Mr. McCormack graduated from the University of Texas Law School.

Leslie M. Stewart
Associate Leslie M. Stewart is a graduate of the University of Texas Law School and has practiced extensively in the toxic tort area for the last several years.

Alex Barlow
